Redbox Notes

Fellow bloggers. I give you a challenge.
Next time you return a Redbox video, leave a note inside the case.
A nice or funny note that will make the next user's day.
Once a lady was having a bad day. She rented a movie at Redbox and there was a note including $2 saying "I hear it's good luck to find $2."
And that was it.
Maybe the Redbox note tradition will start to spread and one day you'll get a note in return. I say we do it. But keep it clean.

Whip My Hair

Many of you are aware of my obsession with the song Whip My Hair by Willow Smith (Will Smith's daughter). But I realized I have yet to introduce it to my blog.So dear blog and followers, check out this song. You MAY think it's weird. The first time I watched it I thought it was weird. But now I'm slightly obsessed. And it's only cool because Willow is 9 years old. So check it out. Link HERE. Enjoy!
Look at this little happy family.

Cookies and Bribes

Throughout our school years, we have all heard about teachers pets and kids that try to bribe their teachers for a better grade and all that jazz.
Well how about bribing a teacher to not make a new seating chart?
First of all as a disclaimer: Normally I never speak in my classes and I never get in trouble but as you well know, it is Senior year....and I have ADD (not really...but maybe). I am also normally not one to bribe teachers and be a distraction. But when You put Rachel, Sarah and I next to each other in the back corner of our English class....it is a party.
Well you see Mr. English teacher didn't agree that it was a party so at the end of term he made a new seating chart just because of us and he barley moved anyone but of course, he moved us.
He hates us. He really does.
It is an odd sensation to have a teacher hate you.
Your grades mysteriously begin to suffer.
Well in order to survive the rest of Semester, Rachel, Sarah and I made a pact to continue sitting by each other and this called for drastic action. So today during lunch we made Mr. English teacher cookies. Yum. Normally we wouldn't stoop this low and make classmates hate us. But drastic times call for drastic measures. (Disclaimer: It's not a big deal to get new seats or anything but the fact that Mr. English teacher hates us, makes us want to rebel even more and beat the system!!) So the cookies took awhile to cook so we walked in a tiny bit late to English and gave our teacher the cookies. Fresh out of the oven. Just for you Mr. English teacher. Then we sat in our corner while he pulled out a NEW seating chart??? Wahhh?? We'll take those cookies back! Our new spots were like this: Rachel and Sarah on one side right by each other, and Mary all by her lonesome. Love you too Mr. English teacher. Then he came to his senses and realized the unfairness and moved me to sit by them.
Result: Rachel, Sarah and I in the opposite corner, sitting by each other.
Bribery works.
Now let me apologize to our wonderful English class: Sorry we are annoying and sorry we bribed Mr. English teacher. But sometimes....things are necessary.
That is all.

Thought.

I find this funny. Just thought I'd share.
P.S. I hope you like the new Christmas layout.
Because Christmas is just around the corner :0)

Yuletide Greetings

Once upon a time Christmas music was supposed to start today on 106.5. But it hasn't started yet. And what the crap is up with that? I have been waiting all year for this! No, no it is not too early to start listening to it. At this moment I am listening to The Christmas Song but my brotha' Nat King Cole. But Christmas music MUST start soon on the radio. It must!
Soon I will change my blog and make it all Christmasy just for all you early-christmas-haters.

That is all.
